Mike E will send out an email every Sunday for bird orders.
Everyone must pay for their birds when they pick them up.
Orange required in the fields.

We discussed having a five-stand shoot once this summer along with grilling food at New Pioneer.
We discussed donating some of the money in the club account to a conservation effort this year. I brought up donating $500.00 to the Great Oudtdoors Fund and specifying that the money go to a project in Chichaqua. The members present approved donating the money by an overwhelming majority. The club will get recognition for our donation in the newsletter put out by the Great Outdoors Fund.
We discussed having a youth hunt sometime during the upcoming year. Chet was going to contact Pheasants Forever, Chichaqua, and Doc’s about having this.
If any members had other ideas about where we could donate money, they were encouraged to send an email to any of the officers in the club.
Steve Foster volunteered to help Don Walsmith with the website.
Mike E thanked Dominic Chiavaro for his $250.00 donation to the scholarship fund. The members present gave him a round of applause.
